High school can be a lot.
Between school, friendships, activities, social pressure, even teens who seem to be doing well can feel overwhelmed trying to manage it all.
The Landing offers a small, supportive space where teen girls ages 14 to 16 can talk honestly, learn from one another, develop ways of managing stress, and feel less alone.
The group will walk away with:
- More confidence expressing their needs and setting boundaries
- Practical ways to manage stress and emotional overwhelm
- Greater comfort navigating conflict and repairing relationships
- The experience of feeling understood and supported by peers
FAQ
Who is The Landing for?
The Landing is for teen girls ages 14 to 16 who may be navigating friendship changes, school stress, social pressure, confidence, or the feeling of managing too much alone.
How do we get started?
Start by calling or emailing us and telling us a little about your daughter. We’ll schedule a free introductory call to answer your questions and talk about whether the group feels like a good fit. If it is, we’ll send the necessary forms and schedule the intake meeting.
What if my daughter feels nervous about talking?
Girls are invited into the conversation without being pressured to share more than they are ready to share.
What happens during a typical meeting?
Meetings combine conversation, reflection, practical coping tools, and opportunities to learn from one another.
How large will the group be?
Small by design. The Landing is intentionally kept small so there is enough space for each girl to participate, be known, and develop meaningful connections over time.
What happens during the intake?
The intake gives us a chance to learn more about who your daughter is, what she may be navigating, and how we can best support her during group meetings.
Can members continue after the first session?
Yes. Members will have the option to continue into the next group session beginning in January 2027.
