Fatherhood stays. Almost everything else is changing.
Separating from a partner changes far more than a relationship. It can change the rhythm of your week, your time with your children, your friendships, your home, and your sense of what life is supposed to look like.
The Dad Shift brings together fathers who are somewhere in that transition. It is a place for, practical perspective, and connection with other dads who understand the particular experience of parenting while
a family is changing.
Conversations may include:
- Staying connected to your children through change
- Parenting confidently on your own
- Handling coparenting stress without letting it take over
- Making sense of time away from your children
- Rebuilding routines, friendships, and a life that feels like yours
- Dating, family traditions, holidays, and whatever comes next
