About Me

Emily is an experienced graduate resident currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Manhattan University. Known for her warmth, empathy, and nonjudgmental presence, Emily creates a safe and inclusive space where clients feel supported as they explore their challenges and begin to build confidence and resilience. 

Emily integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a client-centered approach to help clients shift unhelpful thought patterns, connect with their inner strengths, and reframe the stories they tell about themselves. Emily approaches each therapeutic relationship with curiosity and compassion, working collaboratively to foster self-awareness, emotional growth, and meaningful change. 

As a career changer, Emily understands firsthand the courage it takes to step into the unknown, trust yourself, and pursue a more authentic life. She brings this lived experience into her work, supporting clients as they navigate uncertainty, clarify their values, and move forward with purpose and confidence.
