Amanda Roude
Specializations:

Amanda is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over a decade of experience helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. Using CBT and a client-centered, collaborative approach, she supports clients in building skills and creating lasting change. She has a special passion for working with parents of teens and young professionals, and provides compassionate care for anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, relationship issues, and life stressors.
Becca Brunelle

Becca is a therapist and former musical theater actress who specializes in supporting performers, creatives, and others navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders, and life challenges. She takes a relational, client-centered approach, believing that authentic connection is central to healing. With warmth and compassion, Becca creates a safe, inclusive space for clients to explore growth, healing, and creative confidence.
Chloe Shea

Chloe Shea is a clinical intern at Westchester Parent and Child Therapy. She takes an empathetic, authentic, and collaborative approach, drawing from family systems theory, person-centered care, and CBT. Chloe creates a safe space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to navigate challenges, deepen self-understanding, and strengthen connections with others.
Elizabeth D’Ottavio

Elizabeth D’Ottavio-Eck is a second-year LMFT student and registered yoga and meditation teacher with a master’s in health and behavior from Columbia University. She combines mindfulness, meditation, and mind-body practices to help clients clarify goals, foster well-being, and create meaningful change.
Ellen Barth

Ellen works with adults, adolescents, and families—including blended, adoptive, and those navigating infertility or complex family-building journeys. Drawing on CBT, DBT, and family systems, she helps clients strengthen emotional regulation, improve communication, and build supportive relationships. With warmth, humor, and a practical, goal-oriented style, Ellen supports professionals, parents, and families in creating meaningful change.
Emily Drago

Emily is a graduate resident pursuing her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Manhattan University. She combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a client-centered approach to help clients shift unhelpful patterns, build resilience, and foster meaningful change. As a career changer herself, Emily brings empathy and lived experience to support clients in navigating uncertainty, clarifying their values, and pursuing authentic growth.
Irina Levicka

Irina is a career changer and MSW student at New York University with over 20 years of experience in corporate leadership and human resources. She combines her passion for coaching and mentorship with social work training to help working parents, individuals, and families foster equal parenting, strong relationships, and meaningful personal and professional growth.
Josepine Lacoudre

Josephine is a marriage and family therapy intern trained in systems theory at Iona University, helping individuals, couples, and families untangle patterns and find new paths forward.
